Our patients have a variety of needs. From chronic to acute illnesses to individuals who require health care assistance to live independently at home. Patient care is under the direct supervision of their physician and a registered nurse case manager. A plan of care is developed to insure that both the physician and patient's goals are achieved.

Be in need of skilled nursing, physical, occupational, or speech therapy.

Be referred by your physician.

Be referred by a hospital case manager or discharge planner.

Be homebound (Medicare).

We have three offices serving four major cities in Texas: San Antonio, Austin, Cedar Park and Temple plus their surrounding areas. Additionally, we have an office serving Oklahoma City, OK and central Oklahoma.

All billing is processed through our office. Medicare / Medicaid patients will not incur any out of pocket expenses from Abiding Home Health. We currently  accept  payment from Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay. Please note that we are actively working to secure insurance contracts with other providers.

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN's), Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists and quality professionals from other medical disciplines. Our medical staff meets or exceeds Medicare standards for licensing and continuing educational requirements.
