Abiding Home Health is dedicated to providing professional, high quality, compassionate care to patients needing assistance in the home setting. It is our goal to make a difference in the short and long term care of each patient admitted to our services.

People We Serve
The people we serve have a variety of needs. From chronic to acute illnesses to individuals who require health care assistance to live independently at home. Patient care is under the direct supervision of their physician and registered nurse case manager. A plan of care is developed to insure that both the physician and patient's goals are achieved.

Abiding Home Health's History
Abiding Home Health, LLC began operations in San Antonio, TX in 2004. At that time, Abiding was a very small agency in a market dominated by a number of established firms. The Abiding Home Health management team with its dedicated medical staff quickly grew "the agency" to become one of the top firms in the San Antonio, TX market.

Building upon that success Abiding Home Health began operations in Austin, TX in 2005. The success in San Antonio was duplicated in Austin and Abiding is recognized as an outstanding organization dedicated to patient care.

In 2006 Abiding Home Health began operations in Oklahoma City, OK. Again the previous success was duplicated and the Oklahoma City agency grew rapidly and gained a stellar reputation of providing quality patient care.

In 2009 Abiding Home Health purchased Lake Area Home Health, Inc. In one year the agency has seen a fourfold growth in patients served and incorporated all of the management and medical services practices that have proven so successful in providing quality patient care.
